Royal Multani Mango is an online store dedicated to delivering premium, export-quality Multani mangoes, available in multiple varieties, directly from farms to your doorstep. We pride ourselves on freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

2. Product Availability

  • We offer a range of authentic Multani mango varieties (e.g., Chaunsa, Sindhri, Anwar Ratol, etc.) subject to seasonal availability.
  • All mangoes are freshly harvested and packed with care for delivery.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed through our website: https://royalmultanimango.pk/
  • Full payment must be made at the time of order.
  • We accept payments via Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa bank transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD), etc.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver to all over in Pakistan.
  • Standard delivery time is 3-7 after dispatch.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or seasonal demand.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

5. Quality & Freshness Guarantee

We ensure that mangoes are:

  • Freshly picked and handled with care
  • Packed properly to avoid damage in transit

If you receive damaged or spoiled fruit:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Send us photos and order details via WhatsApp or email.
  • After verification, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind, late pickup by customer, or incorrect address details.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Provide accurate delivery information and contact number.
  • Ensure timely collection upon delivery.
  • Royal Multani Mango is not liable for spoilage due to delays caused by the customer.

8. Use of Website

  • You agree not to use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Content (photos, text, logos) is owned by Royal Multani Mango and may not be copied or reused without permission.
